                                properly it sends two error messages: one to the owner of the
                                circuit and one to Mediabank service centre. Thanks to a sophisticated
                                error survey programme, the technical staff is quickly able to
                                assess the nature of the problem.
                                All software inefficiencies are resolved through a remote control system.

                                auto-diagnostics systems and remote diagnostics, managed by the
                                sophisticated Mediabank technology, allow for repair ors replacement
                                of the damaged components with full autonomy. The dispenser structure
                                is very simple so as to enable easy replacement of parts. In any case,
                                the customer can return the parts to be replaced to Mediabank.
